If you are concerned about your eating habits, take the test on this page to determine whether you have an eating disorder. The test was created by Deanne Jade for Net Doctor and in a few quick and simple questions will determine your attitude to food.
If you have problems with food, we can help you to understand and resolve any issues quickly and effectively. We have personal counselling programmes on either an individual or a group basis where together we can get to the root of any issues and help you to overcome these so you can have a relaxed and healthy relationship with food.
